A factory facade that begins with a mango leaf.
Leaf, curve, pattern, module
The outline of the leaf is reduced to one essential curve. The curve repeats in rhythm until it becomes a pattern, the pattern becomes a three-dimensional module, and the modules wrap the glazed front of the factory.

Measured
The front block stands 15.6 metres tall across a 24 metre face, beside a 12 metre service bay with its own door. The modules repeat at 1,200 millimetre centres.
Each fin is planned as a lightweight GFRP module, or as tensile fabric in ETFE or PTFE, on aluminium brackets fixed to the main structure, in front of insulated metal panels and low-E glass. The frames and the canopy are dark grey.
